365 Mum is dedicated to supporting mothers via a online forum. Every mother’s journey and circumstances are different but we all have the right to access adequate support.
Angela felt that giving birth during the global pandemic COVID-19 and the UK fluctuating between lockdowns, that there was a clear sense of seclusion within likeminded new mothers.
She recognised that there was a gap, in that, there were not many forums or platforms of expression where mothers are able to discuss their experiences of motherhood, in a safe place.
She also found that as a new mother, one of the highlight’s of her journey was meeting likeminded mothers and their babies, with her daughter – who she could relate to.
Through her experiences and conversations with other mothers, this led her to the conception of 365 Mum- to ultimately bridge the gap between mothers within the community and professional support.
Angela believes that giving birth to her daughter, pushed her into her purpose; which is, being a pillar to provide peer to peer support to mothers.
Women’s emotional wellbeing during and after pregnancy is important and this motivated Angela to work towards gaining her qualification as a Mental Health First Aider via MHFA England.

This has equipped her with the skills to be able to further support the mothers on her platform, who may be experiencing a mental health issue; or those who need a ‘helping hand,’ to enable them to access the support that they need.

Compassionate, empowering, conscientious and wholesome are the words I would use to most describe 365 Mum and my experience within the group. The platform is unique and rich in diversity, it allows likeminded mothers across London and even Internationally to join and discuss matters of the heart, ideologies and misconceptions – amongst other captivating topics. The group explores cultural, social, and economic notions and the impacts this has on motherhood in the current climate and delves into the minds of young professional women who have been engaging since the conception of the group. I look forward to many more positive affirmations, key topics, and social ventures within this sisterhood. – Kiran Pawar, London
I’m grateful Angela has set up 365 Mum as this is something I have always needed – a small group of mama’s I can call upon if I need help or advice; and also the opportunity to meet and socialise with other mama’s in similar situations and experiences as me. It’s nice to be able to relate to other mama’s, share and receive ideas and tips, and to get that constant re-assurance that as hard-working mama’s, we’re not alone with the challenges we face. I’m confident this is just the beginning of a journey where we will all create meaningful relationships with one another. Thank you Anj, God bless you! – Ethel Sarkodie, Kent
During the pandemic it’s been very hard to meet up with other new mummies. Since being apart of 365 mum I have met other mummies from similar backgrounds who have given so much advice on motherhood. The online group is amazing, as it allows all the mothers to be honest and transparent without feeling judged. Thank you Angela for creating this platform and I am truly honoured to be apart of it. – Amanda Darku, London
365 Mum has been such a supportive and inspiring platform! I felt I could be honest and be myself without judgement. I’ve also met some lovely mums that I can genuinely relate to here and my little girls have made some new friends too. – Hazel Lawrence, Essex
365 mum is a good support network at the “tap of your fingers”, when you are faced with everyday mum challenges. I would advise mothers to join. – Marilyn Odeh, London
Loving the 365 mums group, it’s been so helpful talking to people that are experiencing parenthood at the same time as me. – Juwon Olawuni, Kent
